Greg Fehribach
An attorney with a disability who uses an electric wheelchair as a mobility aid device, Gregory S. Fehribach founded The Fehribach Group in 1995. He is a graduate of Ball State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and his Masters of Arts degrees. While at Ball State, Greg made history as the first student with a disability to be elected student body president. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law and is affiliated with Indianapolis law firm Doninger Tuohy & Bailey LLP.

Combined with his extensive legal training and background, this integrated approach sets him apart from architectural compliance and code consultants.
Active in his community and profession, Greg has provided his perspective on accessibility as well as legal expertise to a number of organizations. Current affiliations include:
- Marion County Health and Hospital Corporation. Former Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson appointed Greg in 2005. He is one of seven board members who oversee all public health initiatives in Indianapolis.
- Wishard Foundation. Greg was appointed to the foundation’s board in 2008. The foundation supports Wishard Health Services in delivering superior public health care and improving the quality of life for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
- Arts Council of Indianapolis. A not-for-profit local arts agency serving central Indiana, the council advances and promotes the arts through funding, advocacy, business, artistic and technical assistance, public and private support, and technology. Greg serves on the council’s Board of Advisors.
Previous affiliations include:
- Indianapolis Bar Association, Board of Managers. During his two-year term, Greg served as chairman for its Diversity Task Force, which encourages and promotes diversity among the legal community.
- Board of Trustees, Ball State University. Appointed by former Governor Joe Kernan, Greg served as a member of the board from 2004-2008.
- Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo). Former Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson appointed Greg to serve from 2000-2004. Greg concluded his tenure as the board's chairman.
- Governor's Residence Commission. Greg served as chairman of the commission that oversees the Indiana Governor's Residence, and presided over a groundbreaking expansion that made the Residence accessible for all Hoosiers. The project was funded entirely with private donations. For his service, Greg received the Sagamore of the Wabash from the late Governor Frank O'Bannon and former Governor Joe Kernan.
- National Board of Directors, Easter Seals. Greg served as the Public Affairs Committee chairman in 2001 and was first vice-chair from 2002-2004.
Greg also has received numerous recognitions for his work, including The Indiana Lawyer's Leadership in Law Distinguished Barrister Award and the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation's Unbreakable Spirit Award. The OI Foundation, a national health organization, applauded Greg's ongoing efforts to improve accessibility of public facilities and the lives of people with a variety of disabilities.
Greg resides in one of Indianapolis' downtown historic districts with his wife, Mary Beth, and their two sons, Daniel and Luke. The ambience of their freestanding accessible home integrates into the historic fabric of the neighborhood. Their work and mission of creating accessible environments compliment their desire to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of people with disabilities.
